This programme is designed not to focus on strength or conditioning but for all-round improvement in every facet of fitness. The programme is periodised and split into 4 – 3 month cycles looking to peaking for the open. 

With elite and scaled options for all workouts meaning it is open for all abilities. This is for the serious and dedicated as well as part-time TTPter looking to compete.

Training days – 5 or 3
Training bias – 50/50 – varied based on the current cycle
Session length 1-2hrs

Basic TTP / functional gym.
Jump rope
Pull / muscle up bar
Gymnastics rings
Cardio equipment (Rower/ski/bike)
Climbing rope
Squat rack

Please note we can give substitutions if you don’t have access to these pieces of kit.

Great way to train full body and a lot of challenging variation in programming each month, helping you to get better in the short-term as the long term. Really enjoy following the programming. Sometimes its hard but the variety in training allows to train multiple days per week and recover well, when you prioritize your own recovery well. Its not expensive and the app works perfect. Sometimes the instruction video's seem outdated or there's not a structure in them. Making one style of instruction video's will make it better and in my opinion suits the company, but that's my opinion.

All I can say is, dope! It is a super easy and hassle free platform (unlike many I have tried). The programmers are on hand to help with your routine. I got a response for a substitute exercise almost instantly. And for the price you pay, almost unheard of. Well done guys. Love the tutorial videos. Ease of use. Great programming. I’m hooked.

Great quality programming for very reasonable rates. The team are responsive to questions and have a supportive Facebook group that address issues and give advice. I have followed team training for 2 years now and have got stronger, fitter and more competitive. Thoroughly recommend

Team Training is one of the best programming options out there. Huge variety through the week and cycles vary enough to not get boring. I haven’t been hitting everyday because of half marathon training, but excited to jump back in daily. The app is super convenient and has videos for literally every movement! Many scaling options (with videos as well) for every level of athlete. The price point is exceptional and puts it above many other TTP competitor programming options. Loved the programming. Done 24 weeks worth of the Olympic weightlifting strength and made a PB on 4 lifts. Had to take a break due to work commitments but in the new year I will be going onto the team training strength phase.Value for money is incredible too!

**16 Week Transformation** – FAQ’s do not apply for the Transformation.

Please allow 24 hours for our Team to allocate your programme. In the meantime be sure to download the Truecoach app. You’ll receive an email confirmation after your purchase is complete. Then another email within 24 hours which is an invite from Truecoach where you can create a profile and view your workouts. (Beware this email may sometimes go to your junk mail)

You can return items in there original condition within 14-days. Please use our return form to start your return.

Download the Truecoach App where you can log all your exercises and view visual metrics to track your results.

In effect, yes! However, please avoid following two main programmes. For example, we would not recommend following Team Training Conditioning & Pure Strength V2. Many people try to mix and match but really you should just stick to one program. You’ll probably just end up overtraining. Alternatively, you could follow one of our main and supplementary programmes. For example, Team Training Conditioning and Team Training Strict Pull Up Program. The total volume here should be manageable. Again if you need further advice just ask.

There are video links for each exercise and scaling options when needed. You can also ask one of our coaching team by using the message icon on Truecoach.

We have a Team Training ‘Home’ programme which is built for home training. All our other programmes are built for a gym or box with equipment at hand.

Our Programs don’t require vast amounts of equipment, however, here’s what we’d recommend you have access to:
Olympic bar, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull up/muscle up station, squat & bench rack, skipping rope, bench, plyo box, bands and ideally a cardio machine (rower/ski/bike).
Sometimes you may need to change movements slightly to meet your equipment needs. Alternatively, if you’re really struggling to find a compromise for various exercises, just ask us.

There is no hidden fees.

**16 Week Transformation & 6 Month Membership** – Unfortunately you cannot cancel the Transformation, it is a 16-week commitment. Same rule applies to the 6-month membership.
