Welcome to Team Training Competitor, a programme designed for any athlete who is looking to compete in the sport of fitness. TTC is slightly more advanced than the TTP programme, with double training sessions and no scaling options.
So to make the most out of this programme it is advised that the athlete is competent with most weightlifting and gymnastic movements.
Split into 4 phases the programme will peak for the TTP open and start of the TTP season.
Training Days – 5 + 1 optional active recovery
Training Bias – 50/50 (but varied based on current cycle)
Session Length – 90 mins – 3hrs total (some double session days)
