This is a programme aimed at beginners and intermediate swimmers who are looking to improve their stroke and efficiency in the water as well as building their aerobic and anaerobic endurance. These sessions can be run alongside your existing program.

Equipment requirements:
-Kick Board
-Pull Buoy
-Paddles (optional)

2-3 sessions per week
£25 One Off Fee, 10 Week Programme.
