Our new Team Training Gymnastics programme is written and prescribed by the highly experienced coach Nathan Bird. This is a TTP preferred programme structured around a base workout of the day and building upon shapes and positions under a gymnastics bias. We are looking to build your strength and endurance as well as your capacity. 

This follows a similar skeleton/format to other legacy programmes – 12-week blocks and peaking for the open. This programme is perfect for those looking to develop gymnastics skills, an integral part of functional fitness. There will be scaled options provided.

Training Days: 3-5
Session Length: 60-120 mins

Basic TTP / functional gym.
Jump rope
Pull / muscle up bar
Gymnastics rings
Gymnastics parallettes
Cardio equipment (Rower/ski/bike)
Climbing rope
Squat rack

Please note we can give substitutions if you don’t have access to these pieces of kit.
